Trade fairs are still where many olive and olive oil contracts start. These are the main fairs for exporters and importers, in date order. Dates come from the organisers or official listings; always confirm on the fair’s own website before booking travel.

Making the most of a fair
- Publish your products on olivesuppliers before the fair with full specifications, so buyers can check you before and after the meeting.
- Bring a current analysis, certificates and a price list per Incoterm.
- Follow up within a week with a written quote in the same format for every buyer.
